Who we are

Stour Web Studio provides new and replacement small-business websites, plus ongoing care for websites created by Stour. You can contact us at hello@stourwebstudio.co.uk.

Information you provide

If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, business details, website address and the information contained in your enquiry. We use this information only to respond, discuss potential work and provide services you request.

How the enquiry form works

Enquiries submitted through the website are processed by Formspree and delivered to Stour Web Studio by email. Formspree may temporarily store submission data to provide and protect the service, including spam prevention. You can also contact us directly by email instead of using the form.

Website analytics

The hosting service may collect basic traffic information needed to operate and understand use of the website. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools.

How long we keep information

We retain business enquiries and project correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary for communication, contractual, accounting and legal purposes.

Your rights

Under UK data-protection law, you may have rights over your personal information, including access, correction and deletion. Contact us if you would like to exercise those rights.

We may update this notice as the website and its services develop. The latest version will always appear on this page.
